Okay okay okay, i know, i'm getting lazy taking pictures, it is my goal to work on next week. Today was a stressful day at work, I made myself a deconstructed pizza (for whole 30) and then worked out and then cleaned and made my bed with new sheets and now i am listening to music and trying not to let it grab me too soon. 
I am proud of myself today. Because i've successfully made it through and fought of cravings and nearly breaking my progress so far, and bad moods, and running on a friday night. Ended the week on a good note.
